Whether one of your guests is vegan, several members of your family are vegetarian or you’re simply looking for new and different ideas for your Christmas veg, our Chef & Catering Manager Simon Brown invites you to his festive supper at Hospitalfield.
Join Simon to try his dishes, hear his ideas, share some of your own thoughts and experiences and take the recipes that you like away with you. Taste of Christmas at Hospitalfield starts with a tour of the historic house, followed by a drink next to the log fire in the Drawing Room before gathering with Simon for supper in the Dining Room. Simon will prepare samples that can be served as starters, main courses and desserts in addition to some great ideas for canapés and nibbles.
This is a chance to slow down for one evening before the Christmas preparations heat up and treat yourself or your best friend to an early Christmas present, a gift that will bring new ideas to the Christmas table
Taste of Christmas at Hospitalfield is from 6pm to 9pm on Friday 15 December and tickets cost £25, including a welcome drink
