Hospitalfield are Hiring: Volunteer Coordinator

We wish to appoint a creative individual with excellent communications skills who will work with us to devise, plan and lead the development of our volunteer programme.

The aim of this new post at Hospitalfield is to develop a creative approach to the development of our existing volunteer programme. We wish to reach more people and to involve them in a series of projects that will make Hospitalfield more connected to the town of Arbroath, the region of Angus and the people living locally.

The successful candidate will develop strategies to sustain our current volunteer workforce, grow a larger cohort of volunteers with a wider reach, and involve more people in the activities at Hospitalfield.
